Startup Description:

This is a service that gets installed when you install Microsoft Office Groove 2007. It tracks problems with Groove and sends error reports back to Microsoft. Removing this from your startup menu will not affect how Groove functions. We recommend removing it unless you are a frequent user and wish to report problems directly to Microsoft
