Where can I find my license key?

When you purchase one of our products the confirmation page will include a download link and your new license key. The same information will also be sent to you in a confirmation email. If you already have a free trial copy of the program installed, you do not need to download the software again. In this case you just register the copy you have to unlock all of the features.

I've lost the email with my license key. Can you send me a new one?

Not a problem! Send an email to support team use the subject "lost license key" and tell us the email address you used when you purchased the product. We will look it up and resend your license key.

Do you offer technical support?

We offer free technical support. If you have a question about any of our products and can't find the answer in the support section of our website then please contact our support department

What is your return policy?

We offer at 100% money back guarantee within the fist 30 days of purchasing the product. If you have a problem or if you are just unhappy with the product we ask that you first contact tech(at)smartpctools.com. If they are not able to help you solve the problem we will be happy to refund your full purchase price.

Can I install your software on more than one computer?

As per our license agreement each copy of the software is only valid for use on one computer. In order to use the program on multiple computers you will need to purchase additional licenses. To order additional licenses visit the products page of our web site www.smartpctools.com/products.html.
Select the product you're interested in and click "order now". On the shopping cart use the drop down menu to change the number of copies required from 1 to the number of licenses you require.

Why do I get the message invalid license key?

Each of our products has it's own unique license key. Check your confirmation email for your correct license key and try cutting and pasting it into the registration box to avoid typing errors. If you continue to have problems contact us and provide with the email address you used when you purchased the product and they will be able to resend you the correct license key.

How to uninstall Smart PC Solutions utilities

To remove Smart PC Solutions utilities please open "Control Panel", then "Add/Remove Programs" applet and uninstall "utility name".
